Covid 19 Cleaning and Safety Precautions
We are open and we love welcoming our guests back to June Lake Pines. We will be following CDC and Mono County recommendations for cleaning and safety to minimize the risk of exposure for our guests and employees.
There are several procedures that June Lake Pines has always done to ensure a sanitized cabin for our guests, we wash every linen and blanket after each guest, as well as provide sanitizing wipes, cleaning spray, and individually wrapped sponges. We have a no-contact self check-in procedure, with credit card payment only. While our cabins are mostly stand-alone with private decks that allow for safe social distancing, we will be making the following improvements:

While our cabins are mostly stand-alone with private decks that allow for safe social distancing, we will be making the following improvements:
- Hand sanitizer dispensers will be in each cabin and the communal laundry room
- It is required to wear a mask in our communal laundry room (we will provide masks and gloves for guests who need them)
- Guests will be required to bag their own bedding and towels before check-out
- Individual tissue packs will be provided instead of larger boxes
- Communal areas including bbq will be limited to one family at a time and will be sanitized regularly
- Each cabin will be aired out after every use
- Cleaning staff will be wearing gloves and masks and there will not be any daily housekeeping
The June Lake Pines has been offering cozy rustic cabins in the heart of June Lake since the 1920s. One of the first lodgings built on the June lake Loop, the Pines provides a historic retreat in one of the Eastern Sierra's most desirable vacation destinations.
Our cabins offer full kitchens and living space (with the exception of Unit #9) with private decks and ridiculously beautiful views of Carson Peak and the surrounding mountains. Situated in the middle of town gives you close access to fishing and boating on Gull and June Lakes, hiking, mountain biking, and skiing right from your front door.
The property also includes several patios (including one with a fire pit) to relax and watch the sun set as well as access to BBQs, fish sink, ice machine, and laundry facility. Wifi and cable TV provided in each cabin.
If you are traveling with a pet, we only allow pets in the following cabins: 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 15. Pets are $20/pet/night, maximum 2 pets/cabin please.
The rest of our cabins are pet-free.
