Kitchen Amenities
Kitchens are equipped with fridge, gas range, oven, microwave, and coffee makers (filters provided), as well as all fully stocked with everything necessary to cook and enjoy your meals. There are also propane and charcoal grills available for use on the property. All cabins have kitchens with the exception of unit #9 our motel style room which is only equipped with a mini-fridge, coffee maker and glasses.
Parking
Parking is first come first serve, please one vehicle per cabin. We also have ample parking on the street. Access to the lot is up a steep driveway that can be difficult to handle in the winter if you do not have a 4-wheel drive. We have heating coils on one side, however it can take several hours to thaw overnight snow, so if you are on the property in the winter without a 4x4 and are expecting snow overnight it is recommended to park on the street, The property was built in the 1920s before we started driving large trucks and SUVs. We ask that guests be respectful if they have a larger vehicle to only take one spot and not to block access or other guests.
Heating and A/C
Our cabins are all heated with propane heaters, and are also stocked with extra space heaters if needed. The cabins do not have A/C, but are supplied with fans.
Dogs
Dogs are allowed in cabins 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 15 for a $20 per night per dog additional charge. Dogs must be kept on leashes throughout the property in compliance with Mono county ordinance. Please do not leave dogs unattended in your cabin. A violation fee may be charged if a pet is found in a non-pet friendly cabin.
Early check-in
We can usually accommodate an early check-in if requested, this may however be difficult during busy summer months. We text all guests when cabins are ready on the day of check-in.
Bears
Bears can make an appearance in June Lake at any time of year. Bears are really only interested in your food, so please keep all food, trash, coolers, or anything that might look or smell like food to a bear inside. While we often see bears, they have never been a problem for us, but it is always good to be aware of your surroundings, particularly at night as bears don’t like surprises.
Laundry room
There is a laundry room open 24 hours for guest use, which includes coin operated washer and a free dryer for guest use and extra supplies; towels, linens, toilet paper etc. We do not do a daily service, so if there is anything you need during your stay please help yourself to laundry room supplies. If you are staying for an extended period we would be happy to replace linens on request.

We do not have regular an office or office hours, if you need to reach someone please call our number at 760-648-7522. Owners, Lauren and Aaron live on-site and would be happy to help you or answer any questions you may have.
